How do you ensure data security and confidentiality?

I take data security seriously. I am all about password protection and two-factor authentication. I've got LastPass guarding your confidential information.

How do you know how many hours you worked for me?

I press TogglTrack when the actual work begins. Personal phone calls? Coffee breaks? Daydreaming out the window? All off the clock. That means the one hour you pay for is packed with efficient, focused work - no distractions or procrastinations.

What are your working hours?

My working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm. If tasks are not time sensitive, sometimes I prefer to work on them outside normal working hours. Located in London, but used to working for clients across different time zones.

Can I meet my virtual assistant in person?

Working with a Virtual Assistant is like having a magical productivity sidekick. I handle tasks remotely, meaning you can avoid the hassle of in-person meetings. If you are based in London I might agree on occasional in person meetings.

How quickly can we start our collaboration?

Setting up usually takes us about 3-4 days, but if it is an emergency we can see how I can help earlier.

How can I communicate with you?
